To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FapWiki and its operators, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to use) the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to FapWiki, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable consumer-protection or data-protection legislation.
